What Running Can Do for You
I didn’t start running regularly until I was 28 years old, it is truly never too late to become a runner. With dedication and proper guidance, you can easily crush your fitness goals no matter what stage of life you are in. I have learned a lot about nutrition, sports psychology, and injury prevention during my running journey and I am excited to have the opportunity to share my knowledge and support with other people who want to start running.
I once told my trainer that I wanted to “learn to love running.” He told me that was not really a thing. I proved him wrong. There is nothing quite like popping an audiobook into my ears and going for a 2-hour run on winding trails with the wind in my hair and energy gels in my pockets. It is never too late to discover yourself and running just so happens to be the perfect avenue for self-discovery.
