Once 100 pounds overweight I went on a health and fitness journey and became a competitive athlete. I’ve traveled nationwide, competing in obstacle course races, hybrid fitness events, and trail races.

It can be a challenge to understand the right way to approach health and fitness and as someone who was once lost and has put a lot of effort into learning the right way to do things, I am here to share my insights on how to live a healthy and active life no matter what your lifestyle may look like.

Some form of movement outside, refuel, repeat.
The degree and debt are real but the stability and career… not so much.
Day one in Grand Teton National Park was packed with views, wildlife, and some serious “am I dreaming?” moments.
